This is font inspiration for Grace's name on our album cover. We looked at a variety of different fonts, at first we wanted to play on Grace's name and add stars within the font but looking at the first font we thought that this was a bit cliche and not the image that we wanted to go for. At first we wanted sans serif font to go with Grace's image of being current and new but we thought that the font was too bold and would stand out too much on the front of the album cover. To make the album more personal we decided that we wanted Grace's name to look handwritten as if she had signed each album. The second font we looked at we thought was too plain and boring and not with Grace's image. The third we thought was too 'weird' and does not look as though it had been handwritten and a bit too over the top. The font that we liked the most out of the four was the last one. Although this is Serif making it look more old fashioned, it is the most real looking 'signature' out of all of them and we think that this will fit well on the album cover.
