 This is the feedback form I got from Lara who is a member of my group, rating on what I am and aren't good at and what I contribute to the group/

From this I concluded my strengths and what I need to work on. I decided that I listen well and pitch helpful solutions to problems, I also stated that I need to work on my attendance in lessons and keeping  up to date with work.
